How Our Soaps Are Made

The soap making process begins in the fields around the factory, where the herbs and plants are harvested. The herbs and plants are then steeped into an essence and put aside to be used in the soaps at a later stage. Each soap contains a wholesome blend of a variety of herbs and plants.

While the plants are turning into a wondrously fragrant liquid, a unique blend of natural oils is prepared, containing olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, castor oil, almond oil, sesame oil and shea butter. This unique Saboneto blend gives each soap it’s rich texture and bold composition.

A key ingredient in all Saboneto soaps is mud from the Dead Sea. For thousands of years Dead Sea mud has been notorious for it’s healing properties and miraculous ability to make skin healthier and more youthful. The Saboneto Dead Sea series soaps contain even higher quantities of Dead Sea mud.

At this stage, every soap bar is infused with its unique quality. There is soap that that is infused with fragrant cinnamon powder that creates a grainy texture for a deep cleaning experience. There is soap that is infused with Spirulina algae which loads it with omega-3 and antioxidants that contributes to supple and youthful looking skin. Each soap has it’s own unique health benefits.

The soap is cold pressed, formed into a large block, cut and set aside to dry and age for about a month. The cold pressing and aging process preserves the sweetness and healing properties of the herbs and essential oils. We do not use SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), or any other harmful toxins in our soaps. Our soaps are made with only 100% natural ingredients for everyone to enjoy.
